How it works
Claims may be reported 24/7 by agent or the insured. Notice of each incident, claim or suit should be immediately reported to Synergy Adjusting Corporation. Synergy Adjusting Corporation provides our clients with a quality service they can trust.
Steps to take to file a claim
1. Get in touch. Choose a contact method you are most comfortable with.
2. Collect information. When reporting a claim, please include the following:
- Policy Number or certificate number
- Date and location of loss
- Description of loss
- Make, model &VIN serial number of autos or equipment involved (if applicable)
- Location of property or unit
- Name and contact information of the person submitting the claim
- Any documentation relating to the claim
