How it works

Claims may be reported 24/7 by agent or the insured. Notice of each incident, claim or suit should be immediately reported to Synergy Adjusting Corporation. Synergy Adjusting Corporation provides our clients with a quality service they can trust.

Steps to take to file a claim

1. Get in touch. Choose a contact method you are most comfortable with.

2. Collect information. When reporting a claim, please include the following:

  • Policy Number or certificate number
  • Date and location of loss
  • Description of loss
  • Make, model &VIN serial number of autos or equipment involved (if applicable)
  • Location of property or unit
  • Name and contact information of the person submitting the claim
  • Any documentation relating to the claim

Please refer to your policy for the complete list of your duties in the event of a claim.
